Congrats to the JO participants! Now, the focus is on final preparations for Senior Champs this weekend. Here are adjustments to this week’s practice schedule:
For those NOT participating in Sr. Champs: no practice at Tampa Prep on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please attend Yoga class at Yogani on Friday evening or another time this weekend. http://www.yogani.com
For those swimmers participating in Sr. Champs: please plan to practice at CAT on Thursday from 4:00-5:30 EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT swimming an event on Thursday evening!!! You need to be in the water during the warm up even if you are not racing on Thursday.
All swimmers: back to the regular practice schedule next week!
