GASPARILLA RACES MEET:
The volunteer list for next week’s Gasparilla Races meet is attached.
Please double check your assignments. There are still some openings
for timers on Saturday and Sunday. We ask that each family dedicate
at least one volunteer for one session for the weekend. Please email
Kim Swanson and Karen Cook to volunteer and with questions. Their
email addresses are in the “To” heading of this email. More details
next week on timing – when you should arrive, etc.


HOTEL BLOCKS:
There are room blocks set aside for TBAY for the following meets:

Junior Olympics, Gainesville , February 19-22, Holiday Inn Express,
352-376-0004. The Holiday Inn Express has a block of 25 rooms
reserved under “TBAY”, February 18-22. The prices are $89/night
for a room with a refrigerator or $84.00/night without a fridge. The
cutoff on reservation is February 4, but this block is available to the
entire team, so if you know your swimmer has qualified and would
like to stay at this hotel, you might want to book now.


Senior Champs, Orlando, February 26-March 1. There are two
hotel options:

Homewood Suites-International Dr. $109.00 per night (Behind
