Practice days/times at Westchase

Practice days/times at Westchase

Our practices as Westchase are as follows:

Novice Swimmers (emphasis is on stroke development and having fun)
Mon-Fri 4 PM to 5 PM
Saturday 9 AM to 10:30 AM

Age Groupers (more challenging and involve a combination of stroke, endurance and speed work)
Mon-Fri 5 PM to 7 PM
Saturday 7 AM to 9AM
